Around the wine valleys of Queretaro there are undiscovered hills and mines waiting for you. Ride with us across this lands and discover the hidden gems encapsulated for millions of years inside the stones called "reolitas", stones where to find opals of great value, we must work with a hammer in the open air to recover these precious stones. After our intensive search, we will take our bikes and ride a trail of approximately 10 km, between semi-desert hills and mexican farming fields. Our goal will be to reach a small cheese and wine cellar, where a delicious tasting of regional cheeses, wines and craft beers awaits for us. If you wish, we will also be able to eat something extra as well as order another glass or jar of the drink you liked the most. This adventure of traditions, gastronomy and mountain biking will take you to know the famous route of Art, Cheese and Wine of Queretaro, in a very original way.
